Our food trailer is more than just a place to grab lunch. It is a place to try out new dishes. We try to make our smoked meat not only delicious, but also fun. Some of our signature dishes include pulled pork and brisket tacos and quesadillas, ultimate hot dogs and our very, very, very hot and spicy FLAME BURGER created by our Chef Shawn.
